Introduction (0:00)
Questions:
Am I bound to forgive someone who has grievously sinned against me, even if he has not asked for forgiveness? (0:40)
Is Christ present in the Lord’s Supper? If so, in what way is He present? (2:38)
In what ways are sinners both active and passive in their salvation? (7:51)
Is faith in Jesus sufficient and necessary for justification in view of Abraham’s righteousness through his faith in God? (10:23)
How can Jesus’ one perfect life be counted to our many accounts? (15:03)
What is the difference between the covenant of grace and the covenant of redemption? (19:25)
I was raised as a Dispensationalist, but I am wrestling through eschatology and trying to understand God’s plan for the future of Israel. How does Reformed theology view Israel—its relation to the church and the future for both? (24:32)
Is this world a sinking ship, so why polish the brass? Or is Christ making His blessings flow far as the curse is found even now? (30:14)
Jeremiah 33:18 says, “the Levites shall never lack a man in my presence to offer burnt offerings.” Jesus is not a Levite. Since Hebrews teaches that Christ is a priest after the order of Melchizedek, why does Jeremiah specifically mention the Levites? (33:18)
Was Christ spiritually separated from the Father on the cross? (36:12)
I embrace the doctrines of grace, but I am rarely moved by the grace of God. How can I enrich my understanding of God’s grace so I can feel His love for me in a way that changes my life and relationship with Him? (38:22)
Psalm 2:8 says, “ask of me and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession.” Since we are in Christ with all His spiritual blessings, what role does intercessory prayer play in the salvation of the nations? (44:12)
