How Do I Know If I'm REALLY Saved? (My Response to John MacArthur)

MacArthur, although sincere, doesn't have the best focus in his answer. I know he means well, and is trying to help and comfort this girl, but I believe he misses the mark here. This is not the only time he has given this type of answer. I have watched multiple videos of MacArthur responding this question, and what he says here, he says in other videos as well. We need to be careful to not base our assurance upon subjective feelings. Yes, these can be evidences of truly being born again, but we MUST ground our assurance in God's Word.
