Key Insights: 💔 If you hate your brother, you're in darkness, and it doesn't matter if you go to church, go on mission trips, feed the poor, or serve as a pastor or worship leader. 🙏 We've turned "If I be lifted up I will draw all men unto me" into something that blesses us instead of something that empowers us to truly follow Him and walk in the light as He's in the light. 💡 The devil's scheme is to give people a legitimate reason to not look like Jesus, by making their personal story and pain so settled in their heart that they'll never get free. 💔 Mercy is not given when judgment is given, and it means you become the very thing you judge. 🙏 We have preached the gospel to serve us instead of change us and that's why there's countless discouraged Christians. 🚨 When we constantly need to be noticed and appreciated by others, it's no different than a drug addiction, where we get high on accolades and then need to keep getting them to feel good. Living a Life of Love and Obedience ✝️ It is not enough to be loved by God, that's not where it stops, that's where it starts, it's enough to become that very love to the world around you. 🙏 We've been taught that living a life of purity and love like Jesus is impossible, but it's actually scripture and possible through the Holy Spirit. 🙏 If you're serving for the sake of others and for His name's sake, nobody even has to notice. ❤️ We've made the goal being loved by God instead of becoming the love of God. 💡 Faith works through love, not need. ✝️ Let the truth not only make us free, but let the truth make men free. Identity and Purpose in Christ 💡 True Christianity is becoming what we receive from God, not just getting what he gives without becoming what we got. 🙏 He ain't finding his identity through people, he ain't finding his value through people, he ain't finding his purpose through people, he ain't getting his motivation through people, he's one with the father and he's here for a reason. 💡 I don't find who I am through the way it's been, I find who I am through him, the truth is him, not my life lived. 🙏 Why do we give ourselves the right to be something he never is when he made us for his image? 📖 Eternal life is knowing the father, it's always been a relationship, not a destination.
