Hey Faithful few! Welcome back to How to Faith a Life, today we are going to do another Bible study with me through James video, on James 2:14-26! In this bible study lesson on James, we look at love through deeds, and how faith without works is dead. We look at our own lives as if to ask, do I have dead faith and living faith? This bible study lesson on James is not to make anyone feel like they are not doing enough, but rather to be a reality check for anyone feeling like they are growing stale in their relationship with Christ. In this bible study lesson on James, and in the free printable, we evaluate our lives and the fruit of our lives. We look at what this scripture passage says about dead faith and living faith and we then look at our lives and where we are resisting God's leading. I love how James takes a very natural response to the topic, asking at the beginning of the letter: "what good is dead faith?". This bible study on james 2 faith without works hopefully encourages us all to lean into the love exemplified on the cross in order to go out and serve this dying and broken land with Christ's good and awesome love! We ask ourselves what does it mean to have faith that is dead, and I lead us to ask, you you have dead faith or living faith? In this bible study with me james 2 video I pray that I don't come off as anything other than another broken sinner pursuing Christ! These verses, James 2:14-26 are convicting to us all!
