Atheists Are FURIOUS About This Archaeological Find In Israel!

This Bible archaeology discovery is a huge problem for people who say the Bible is just fairy tales. A tiny ancient seal found in Jerusalem may connect directly to a real person mentioned in 2 Kings — and the evidence is wild. In this video, I react to an archaeological discovery from the City of David excavations in Jerusalem, where a small ancient seal impression, also called a bulla, was found in a destruction layer connected to the Babylonian conquest of Jerusalem around 586 BC. What makes this so interesting is that the seal mentions Nathan-Melech, “servant of the king,” a name that also appears in 2 Kings 23:11 during the reforms of King Josiah. This matters because the Bible does not speak like a vague spiritual myth. It talks about real kings, real cities, real invasions, real judgment, real buildings, and real people. When archaeologists find fire, collapsed beams, pottery, destruction layers, Hebrew writing, and names connected to the biblical world, it shows that the Bible is not running away from history. It is standing right in the middle of it. Now to be fair, archaeology cannot prove every single Christian doctrine by itself, and we should not overstate the evidence. But we also should not underplay it. When the Bible says Jerusalem was destroyed by Babylon, and archaeologists dig up evidence of fire and destruction from that same time period, that is not nothing. When the Bible mentions a royal official connected to King Josiah’s reforms, and a seal shows up with that same rare name and royal title, that is not nothing either. For people who say Christianity is just blind faith, this kind of evidence matters. The Christian faith is rooted in real history. Jesus did not show up in fantasy land. He stepped into real history, died in real history, and Christians believe He rose from the dead with real witnesses. The same Bible that records the destruction of Jerusalem also points us forward to Jesus Christ, the Savior who came to rescue sinners.
