🔄 Q: What's the difference between forgiveness and the full gospel? A: The gospel is not just forgiveness but new life—many struggle to believe they're forgiven, loved, and worthy due to circumstances, but transformation comes from renewing the mind with God's perspective, not from hard work or discipline.
✝️ Q: What does denying self actually mean? A: Denying self means understanding we were made for God's image and glory, not for ourselves; picking up the cross means not letting sin against us produce sin in us.
🦋 Q: How does biblical transformation actually work? A: Being transformed means thinking like never before, not trying to change oneself—it comes from renewing the mind with God's perspective and having a new mentality, doing all things without grumbling for God's glory.
The Nature of Christ and Grace
👑 Q: How did Jesus receive the highest name? A: God exalted Jesus, giving Him the highest name above every name, through His surrender, obedience, and submission to the cross, raising Him from the dead.
💎 Q: What does "Christ in you" actually accomplish? A: The Christ in you is the hope of God's attributes being realized, as His grace empowers and molds you to be something you could never be on your own—going beyond just mercy to transformative grace that changes lives.
🎯 Q: What's the real goal of the cross? A: The goal of the cross is not just going to heaven when you die, but becoming love and manifesting Christ's nature on earth, as eternal life is the restoration of being sin-free and one with God.
Living Out Faith
🚶 Q: What distinguishes the narrow way from the broad road? A: Living for self and not the kingdom, rationalizing unforgiveness and a disposition unlike Jesus, is the broad road; the narrow way is living for God's purposes, not just being saved—it's about perspective, either living for Him or against Him.
🐑 Q: What's the real lesson in the sheep and goats parable? A: The sheep lived outside themselves and ministered to needs, while the goats never saw the need—it's not about praying a sinner's prayer, but living for God's purposes.
💔 Q: How does lack of love manifest in families? A: Love lays down its life, while a lack of love lives at the expense of others—in a family, a justified attitude can pressure others and make it all about you, which is darkness and the broad road.
Faith and Perspective
📊 Q: What does the biblical account of the 12 spies reveal about faith? A: 10 out of 12 spies spread an evil report of the promised land, while two young men had faith and said "Hey, didn't God say, can't we? Let's go!"—the majority often doubts God's promises, while faith is usually in the minority.
🙏 Q: What's incomplete about the typical sinner's prayer? A: The sinner's prayer is a tool, but if not giving the whole truth of Jesus as Lord—the governing factor of life—it's incomplete; if Jesus is truly Lord, it will be evident in life, not just a confession.
Purpose and Light
💡 Q: What prevents believers from shining as light? A: Unforgiveness, discouragement, self-focus, and pride prevent shining as the light of the world—a city on a hill; instead, live to shine in the workplace and family gatherings, revealing Christ through love.
😔 Q: Why do people dread life and want to die? A: People dread life because they don't know how to live according to their purpose, living outside why they're here—not because God is judging them
