The Night Jesus Was Betrayed | Day 305 | Chronological Bible Podcast

Day 305 | John 18:1-2; Mark 14:32-42; Matthew 26:36-46; Luke 22:39-46; Mark 14:43-52; Matthew 26:47-56; Luke 22:47-53; John 18:3-24 After the Last Supper, Jesus led His disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane—knowing the cross awaited Him. There, He fell to the ground and prayed in deep agony, “Father, if You are willing, take this cup from Me. Yet not My will, but Yours be done.” The cup He faced was the full weight of God’s wrath poured out on human sin. In this moment, Jesus willingly accepted the suffering we deserved so that we could be forgiven. The Garden became the place of surrender, where love overcame fear and obedience opened the way to salvation.
