Specifically, there is a need for Christ-following servant leaders who are called to be change agents in companies, nonprofits, churches, and schools. More is required of leaders today than in years past because our culture is changing at lightning speed. The command and control leadership approach is long gone. Young professionals, in general, want to lead and be led, more collaboratively than just a decade ago. They also want more in the way of intrinsic rewards from their work than in the past. They want their work to have lasting value. They want their life purpose to connect to their daily work in tangible ways. Impact 360 Residency is a graduate-level leadership experience designed to equip leaders to take action where the Lord has called them.
