Savior of the World (Official Lyric Video)

Wow, I love this song. I was reading through John 4 a few years ago, the woman at the well encounters Jesus, then tells her town, then THEY encounter Jesus. The chapter closes with the town telling the woman that after spending two days with Jesus, they are Convinced He was the "Savior of the World"! I underlined it and made a note in the margin of my Bible: "Write this song!" Then in the Fall of 2016, I sat down with Mitch Wong: we wrote the verses and bridge of this song, but a different chorus. Then we revisited the chorus just before recording the Nothing To Fear album in 2019, pulling in the title of the Savior of the World. I love the images of the universe. It reminds me that Jesus isn't just the Savior of Israel, not just the Savior of Sychar (the John 4 village) or even the planet, but He is the Restorer of ALL creation! Bless His Holy Name!
