A: Stop letting your identity be defined by your failures and what you did, and instead anchor it in what Jesus did—believing you're righteous, holy, pure, blameless, and above reproach in God's sight all the time through Jesus' blood (as stated in Colossians 1) will transform your life, countenance, and pursuit of Him, breaking the cycle where low self-value causes you to live up to that diminished worth. Behavioral Transformation 🌳 Q: What's the key to producing good fruit in my Christian life instead of failure? A: If you don't see yourself as a failure, you won't act like one—but if you believe you're a failure, your life will produce failure fruit because your roots are marked by that identity; understanding who you are in Christ produces good fruit as you obey out of love, whereas legalistic challenges to obey God without understanding His love will crush people. Relating to Others 👥 Q: How should I identify other believers to help them grow? A: Stop identifying people by their failures, tendencies, and weaknesses (which causes them to become exactly what you say they are) and instead identify them as children of God, which will excite you about the purifying work of the gospel in their lives. Purpose Check 🔍 Q: How do I know if I'm a Christian for the right reasons? A: Ask yourself why you're a Christian—if it's not to bring glory to God's name, honor Him, and love others, re-evaluate your purpose, as the ultimate reason for being a Christian is for His great name, not for personal blessing or well-being.
