This Is Why We Don’t Answer Every Email Immediately

We've received a few emails from some of you who feel hurt because we don’t respond fast enough to every email. Please understand, this is not neglect from our side, but we are just not able to immediately respond to the thousands of emails we receive. We are a very small team working long hours daily to produce biblical content, answer theological questions publicly, and stay faithful to the calling God has given us. Our support emails team is even smaller and they work really hard to answer your questions with discernment and biblical accuracy. It's not easy to find real, mature Christians who also have the time needed to answer your emails. Most of the emails we receive are not easy and quick to answer. Most of them need long explanations, biblical references and studies to back the answers, which take hours of research, study and prayer to answer. We also receive a lot of deeply personal emails from people who are dealing with extremely hard circumstances, and people who have experienced the worst imaginable things. We take this very seriously because we are dealing with people's lives and their souls are at stake. Many of the questions sent to us also become video topics - so instead of answering one person privately, we answer many publicly. Burnout is real. And although we wholeheartedly do what we do for God, ministry work is work. And we are doing what God equips us to do with the resources we have. Please be patient with us. Please pray for us. Pray for strength, provision, and the right helpers 🙏 🤝 If you're a reborn Christian and God is lying it on your heart to help us with this, please reach out to us, we need your help.
