PLEXIT: Oklahoma Pastor Exhorts Christians to Leave the Pro-life Establishment, Become Abolitionists

On Monday, February 24th, Oklahoma abolitionists lined the hallways leading to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee meeting room to let the Senators know that we demand Senate Bill 13 be heard in committee and that we're not appeased by compromise bills that don't abolish abortion like Senate Bill 1859. We chanted "Abolish Abortion," "Equal Protection," "Unseat Treat," and "S-B-Thir-Teen," as the Senators walked in. Once the hearing began, Dusty Deevers, pastor of Grace Community Church Elgin, spoke to the gathering outside the meeting room. Deevers exhorted pro-life Christians to make the transition from pro-lifeism to abolitionism.
